4. Missing Digital Product

BodyBly will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct legitimate delivery problems.
5. Download Responsibility
Customers are responsible for maintaining compatible devices, software, internet access, and sufficient storage capacity necessary to access digital products.
6. Physical Shipping
Unless expressly stated on a product page, BodyBly does not ship physical merchandise.
